Australia's most fashionable fundraiser!

Join Owner and Tour Guide Jacqueline on a very special food tour of Beaufort Street in support of the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF).

Every October, the OCRF hosts Frocktober, a fun month-long fundraiser that sees participants dress in frocks every day in an effort to raise fund for vital research programs sponsored by the OCRF. Jacqueline has been a long time supporter of Frocktober and last year cut off 78 cm of hair at an event which raised $3000 for the charity.

With no hair left to cut off and donate, this year Eat the Street Tours will get involved hosting a tour that will see 100% of the profits donated to the OCRF.

Guests are invited to wear their very best frock and come along for a tour of Beaufort Street where all food and beverage at each stop is included on the tour. Across 4 venues attendees will have cocktails, cakes and savoury treats. There will also be a small silent auction at the final stop with vouchers and goods from local Beaufort Street shops up for grabs.

Ovarian Cancer is currently the sixth most common cause of cancer death in Australian women. Currently, the five-year survival rate for Australian women with ovarian cancer is 43%, in comparison, the five-year survival rate for breast cancer is 90%.

OCRF fund vital research that is looking for an early detention test that will lower the rate of diagnosis as early detection stops the disease in its tracks before it can spread.

Please get involved, you’ll have a ball dressing up and it is for a very worthy cause.

Additional donations can be placed here: https://www.frocktober.org.au/my-fundraising/33/jacqueline-baril
